speed demos archive (which is the same thing as m2k2, it's where speed runs are hosted) is starting its annual speed running marathon tomorrow! everyone should tune in to watch metroid, super (maur's playing!), prime (nate's playing!), fusion (biospark's playing!), echoes (tjp7154's playing!), and lots of other games.

I think River City Ransom did break a record, Sonic 3 and Knuckles may have beaten some kind of record at some point as well.

Don't know how much of this marathon I'm going to be seeing, hopefully I'll pop in when good games are being played though, but I get the feeling I'll show up smack in the middle of than Metal Gear Solid/Resident Evil block and hate it.

Hope it makes even half of what it brought in last year though, kind of hard to imagine them matching or beating it. But we were surprised last year so who knows!
