Get a rom, name the file after the .smv, and play it on SNES 9X. At least that's what I've heard. With patches, I'm not sure.

Other thing is, you probably have to find out what version of SNES 9X you need to playback. Most probable ones I know of are Ver 1.43-Improvemt 9, or else Ver 1.51.

Yeah, that's the one you'll want to use. Usually the TAS-modified emulators are the ideal ones to use.
