My idea is a 3D game were you can play as Samus, Adam, The Etecoons, and Dachoras (spelling?) and fight off the federation and space pirates.
Story:
2 weeks after Metroid Fusion:
Samus wakes up in a space pirate ship and figures out that the space pirates have taken all her abilities and have cloned the metroid portion of her creating yet another army of metroids. Samus will later fight genetically regenerated space pirate bosses Phantoon, Kraid, Ridley and Mother Brain. In the end of the game Samus will fully eradicate the metroids (including herself).
Abilities:
Adam: Will give you mission advise and you can use him to hack computers.
Etecoons: The easily can wall jump and crawl into small spaces.
Dachora (adult): Able to use speed booster and shinespark (2 blocks high).
Dachora (baby): Same as the adult, except 1 block high, has less indurance.
End Idea:
To get an escape sequence in you have to go and rescue the animals (don't wanna type their names out right now), and since adam needs an organism to start up the ship (since Samus is staying behind to make sure no more metroids can ever exist). In the end you will reobtain hyper beam and go through an epic escape.
