The easiest way would be to take the route Hotarubi used in his 32 min SS, change the end bit to going up through Maridia, and add saves when near asve points.

Usual segmentation is:
segment 1: Ceres
segment 2: landing to post PBs
segment 3: post PBs to pre-Botwoon
segment 4: pre Botwoon to pre-Ridley
segment 5: pre-Ridley to end

You could try watching Hotarubi's run and just copy the route from there, especially since videos are far better than words for something like this.
