Edit: I'm editing all my really big useless posts into this so you don't waste your time reading them. If I should just leave them how they are then tell me and I'll stop editing them, but I think it would be better to not waste room on the page and stop if someone tells me to, than leaving them here to be annoying.

Are you using game genie or AR?  If not, your game is just broken.

I've seen that anti piracy message sometimes with some of my SNES games, but resetting fixed the problem. It's basically a flaky connection from the SNES to the cart or something, so basically treat it like a game that doesn't seem to want to boot at all. I think you're supposed to use some sort of cleaner or something. Other people around here might know more about cleaning your SNES and carts.

I remember having this problem years ago when I still had my SNES console, all I did was continuously blow on the cartridge, and put it back in, and blow inside the SNES, or I just left it for a while and tried again later. The files on the cartridge were often wiped out Rolling Eyes.

Time bomb set get out fast!
Q-tips and rubbing alcohol are the way to go.  The same treatment works for NES carts and even GBA carts (but the latter is a tight fit, so you may want to cut some of the cotton off first).  I don't think I've ever had a cartridge continue fritzing on me after that.
