BUT! I need the picture first. I will edit it. I can't do Phazonizing really well, but I can make something look metallic, neonic, make it look like its a bunch of wires, even make it look like plaster, you name it! Just give me the picture and I will email the finished product to you.
NOTE: It does not need to be avatar size. I can edit it. Also, if you want a specific part of it to be shown, like for example the face, I can do that as well. Just keep it all appropiate.
