I just double checked, you dont go any further, To find the real entrance:

Find a place with three Green Rippers vertically aligned. Use your Grapple beam to swing up and eventually to a door on a small ledge

ok the three green rippers can you tell me or point me in the right direction of the three green rippers from

Go to Crateria. You should find some Rippers in a big outdoor room, which you must grapple onto to get into the wrecked ship.

You are practically right next to the entrance of the Wrecked Ship.

A ripper is one of those almost invincible floaty things that only move left and right. If you swing yourself from that grapple block you should see some.

Leader of the "Council of XIII"

I've completed Dependence a couple of weeks ago and it was a great experience. It brought a nice challenge (Gold Torizo) but at the same time it wasn't tedious or insanely tough like that one hack (Impossible).

Different hacks for different people. I loved Impossible so much but this one I still have in progress because I am bad at searching for items. This one has been frozen for quite some time for me now.

Then again, thinking where I left off last time....
Am I supposed to get some item after Draygon? If so, where is it. Also, it is kinda special that I am still missing charge beam :)

The Charge Beam is in Red Brinstar on the right next to the elevator taking you to West Crateria and there's one of the entrance to Proto-Tourian to the left of the elevator (Metroids are by that elevator to give you an extra clue). Use a power bomb and proceed right. The charge beam is suspended above some blocks but they crumble so be quick about grabbing it once you see it. Oh yeah, I think the main item to get in Proto-Tourian is the Plasma Beam but I think that's after killing Botwoon...I'll check again to be sure on the whole Draygon ordeal, but that should be helpful in the meantime.

Have you been to Wrecked Ship yet? If not you need to find the entrance. If you don't know where the entrance is, read some posts above and they pretty much spell out where it is.

I assume that you were able to enter the room above the huge grapple maze thingy.

You should find a missile pack in a small cave (under a Wave Beam gate). Roll through a secret passage behind it.

Ok now I have the X-ray Scope. All shall be revealed! I'm still stuck trying to get to Draygon. How many entrances are there to Proto-Tourian. Man I love it how he used the Intro music in it.

The entrance to Proto-Tourain that will allow you to get to Draygon is

In Old Brinstar where you got your Missles, Charge a boost and boost up a corridor with spikes. At the top, shoot the door, go to the wall and start another charge going left through the door, breaking the underwater wall in the next room.

Once in Proto Tourain

In the large room with Metroids, theres a passage in the top left corner above a ledge with a semi-invisible wall

Ridley!

I've gotten everything except for 3 or 4 energy tanks and I have 185 Missiles, 65 Supers, and 65 Power Bombs. All I have to do is exterminate the Metroids and destroy Mother Brain once and for all!
