you all seem to forget one thing standing in your way to early spiderball. how do you get out of the structure, when you finish the morphball maze you roll through the first morphball passage, and saddly after that there is a barrier blocking you. so I really doubt you can get spiderball early, since you need to drain the shields.
note: I have not tested this yet, just observing the things blocking your way.
I've been trying to get into a SW in Temple of Bryyo for several hours using the icicles in the Rundas fight. You can BSJ onto the icicles that Rundas stands on, and there's a giant unstandable icicle right next to a wall that we might be able to use to get up. I've been trying this for hours, though, so I'm gonna give up for now. Just throwing it out there in case someone else wants to give it a shot.

I doubt this will be useful, but there's also an icicle near the center with a spot that you can space jump into. I've only been able to get stuck thus far.

Yeah. I doubt we could get out unless somebody found a secret world to get us out.
Argh. I found a trick in Gateway that lets you skip half the puzzle and keep the platforms that lower up right near the top of the room, so I just played through half the game to get Screw Attack to see if you can enter the SW from there. Unfortunately, there are very high invisible walls all over the place in that room. >_<
No matter what, there are errors in codes for games that allow us to get into areas that we are not supposed to. So, there is always something to find.
SASWs are definitely not in the game. Try SAing into the tunnel in Powerworks. Not only can you not get in, but if you're standing too close to the tunnel when you exit the screw attack, the game automatically morphs you.
Take the spider tracks to the part where you drop down. Latch onto the spider tracks on the ground and boost straight up, moving out a bit to make sure you don't hit the part of the tunnel above you. Unmorph to land in the skywalk.

You gotta be gunshipping me, another SW so fast? you are insane Xade, I can't believe they missed something like that, I tried a similar SW in echoes using the boost on the spider track to get out of bounds in watch station, almost managed it, but never really got into the SW...
how are you so good??? by the way, I have found a way to destroy generator B before generator A in bryyo. Instead of going to the right, go left(obvious enough) & go into morph ball & enter the tunnel & jump up to the second platform & come out while keeping the camera away from samus & jump, unmorph & space jump onto the platform where you shoot the fuel gel to bring the platform down. It will save a couple of seconds & you can get an expansion early due to the pump you can activate.

The jump you say is called bsj (bomb space jump) its very well known and was found in echoes, and that trick was already discovered before, Paraxade's has a video on youtube about what happeneds if you enter it backwards, but good job on finiding it on your on
Oh, didn't notice the SB topic. yes I have actually figured out how to do the bomb space jump quite effectively but haven't found anything other than that.
Definitely the most difficult SW in the game so far. Also, you must be doing this on a file where the Skyway gate has not been opened. First, clear the room of enemies, then on the walls there are a couple snake things or something like that (they're decorative parts of the background and have a slant and appear to have a head or something). Anyway, go to the one closer to you on the right and do a 1BSJ off it. After you jump, move back so you ghetto off the snake, then space jump toward the gate. There's a spot where it dips and to the left of it there's some slidey surface stuff. You need to make the BSJ + screw attack near perfectly so that you initiate the screw attack right on the slidey surface, and you'll slide up. Now morph (but be VERY CAREFUL that you don't accidentally fall off after morphing) and boost up where there's a tiny wall. Lay a bomb here, then boost back up and bomb jump over the wall. Unmorph and land in the standard.
It's much easier to get on the slidey surface by doing a 2bsj or a 1bsj with ghetto off the snake without screw attack and landing in the dip. However, if you do this, you need to use the bomb to get out of the dip, and then you won't be able to use it to enter the SW.
From this SW, you can enter Skyway early. The trooper mission is exactly the way it is when you do it normally (except a glitch I encountered in the final room). Without the Nova Beam, you can get up to Omega Ridley, but no farther.
