... So I was at the Giant Metroid's room. I shot the barrier that connected to the other room, and I went through transition while it was attached on me. It was gone on the other side, but it glitched out on me, like there was a gravitational effect on me, thinking I was "still attached". Is there a technical explanation on this?

The same thing happens if you have a powerbomb explode while sitting right at Draygon's mouth while it's spewing gunk.
Both of these set Samus's horizontal movement divisor to 2^2, IIRC. Draygon's is removed when the gunk dies, the Metroid's is removed when it lets you go. If you're not let go, the divisor is never removed.

I once had this weird glitch with Draygon which set my horizontal speed really low on console PAL-version, that kinda screwed my SS run and the glitch was on me until LN. Any idea for this Kejardon?

See above.
The bug with Draygon's gunk is that it seems to somehow manage to die and THEN get attached to Samus (assumably because both happen in a single frame). So Samus's horizontal divisor is never cleared. This problem is made worse because Draygon checks Samus's speed divisor to decide to try to grab Samus, so no new gunk will ever be shot at this point.

We should make a big collection thread for all the glitches of Super Metroid, new and old. It could also be used as a thread for making questions about glitches. The thread should be made a sticky probably, since that would make everybody see it and thus preventing them from doing further threads about different glitches. We should name it something spiffy like "Super Metroid the glitch" or perhaps more informative Glitch Topic... OH WAIT!
