No idea. Try google toolbar, though I have it, but have no idea how to turn the translator on.
EDIT: Yes, google toolbar (+firefox) is the way to go. go to options, and activate translator. (for some wierd reason, that sounds to me like it should be said in the same way that 'impact crater' from MP1 is said)
It is kinda unreadable, though. For example

If you think THAT engrish is bad, look at the SMILE tutorial on the same site. (It's actually very good) It taught me everything I know, but I went half-crazy trying to read it!

Also, I HIGHLY recommend Limit. It's incredibly original and only gets too hard in a couple of places (wrecked ship grapple... Evil or Very Mad

). For the record, I HAVE beaten it without savestates, and IMO, it's easier than Redesign.

Redesign is the only Super Metroid hack currently published that gives you new abilities (limit's blue suit sorta to the contrary). All the others are just level redesigns, albeit very good ones.
