Yay, first post. And what has to be the only serious post in this thread...

Now, this isn't much of a glitch, but when trying to pass the room before Thardus during my first low-% hard run today (it's suicide, yes), I had some HUGE problems with those two sentry drones... So, in reflex when trying to dodge one's field of vision, I went into morph ball mode. And guess what? Those poor sentry drones get hugely confused when you roll around under them! Unless there's enough distance between you and them, their machinegun attack won't ever hit you, they aim far too high.

Eventually, after trying to back away from you and stuff, one of the drones will boost off in a random direction, right into a wall, and keep trying to get through for two, three seconds or so. If you ever have problems with that place, try doing what seems the most stupid - morph. The bombs do a LOT more damage than you think, as well!


Another detail I noticed that kinda bugged me... When leaving the... umm... frozen cave, I think it is. You know, when you go through Frozen Pike for the first time to get the gravity suit. I'd grabbed the artifact on Edge and was going back through that cave. When I exited the cave (and arrived in the area with the scarabs and two ice beetles) I heard something. So I turned down them music volume, opened the wave beam door into frozen cave... slowly walked back... and heard it again.

Turns out the glider in there makes the "oh no, I'm frozen"/"oh no, I'm impaled by an electromagnetic beam" noise every time that door closes...

Found another glitch.  It doesn't really help, but its cool to do.  All you need to do is get the Ice Beam-early.  Then, skip the spider ball in the Transport to Magmoor Caverns by standing on the platform by the elevator and jump to teh door.  Go through to Thardus.  Go in his room and jump down.  You should be able to keep on walking and you can touch him (and even take damage at some points).  You can jump on him, and even walk through some of his parts if I remember correctly.  It's because you enter his room backwards.  Just try it.  It so cool. I found this glitch in the room after you beat the OP. This isnt really that big, but oh well, i thought it was cool:

When you go in the room(its the one with the gate that has the energy tank in it) after you have opened the gate, scan the gate again. Even though the gate is already pulled back, it'll make the sound as if it was opening and it wont stop, even if you leave the room and then go back. I think something with the gate makes the sound stop, and since the gate wa already pulled back, the sound didnt stop.
