You must have atleast 10 missles, 10 Super missles and 11 power bombs and 49 health or under with no reserve tanks at all. Have the power bomb selected and be in morph ball. While holding L and R and down, press and hold the fire button. That easy.

Mangadood should be a little more specific... You have to hold down aim up + aim down + down on d-pad + fire

Aim up and aim down are usually R and L... but you might have changed them.

In the video in the beginning of the game...(the one that starts if you don't press anything)...it shows Samus doing the Crystal Flash...but the missles and super missles aren't anything like what you say they should be...and neither are the health or the power bombs...at least I don't think the power bombs...can you explain that? Cause it's really pissing me off...I know how to do the CF...but it's really annoying seeing it done like that...was it just something made for that preview?

Just a clarification, it is L + R + Down + Fire. I did it easily with my custom controls (R = dash, no aim down assigned).
