I think they both are just ordinary expected finds, sequence breaks like RBO run or suitless maridia and all that is really amazing.

No, JXQ tested that and it would be slower (and with the new suitless norfair route for a 100% it is to even less help), for a 100% unassisted though it might be faster, blueglass is planning to take it IIRC.

But at any rate by not being to any great help I meant that it does not help you to do any other skip or save a lot of time, early supers skips one boss and probably saves something like a minute.
