Hello, guys! I'm new to the forum, and I have a few problems with the original Metroid.

The Symptoms: After dying, it asks me if i want to save, and then if I want to continue gameplay.
After saying yes to both it freezes, only showing the password. I can't do anything about this. Eh?

Possible causes: I got from beating Zero Mission. With Emulator. I'm afraid of using the Savestate because it will overwrite my progress on ZM.

Where are you exactly ? And what ROM are you using (E, U, etc.) ? If you're not too far in the game, play the original on NES.

it's an emulation problem. i'm assuming you're playing with vba, which was really only programmed to play gba games. you'll have to either get the actual game (whether on zm or the actual original) or play metroid on an nes emulator.

Emulation doesn't seem right. Either re-download it or you have a bad gba file?
Or, download the NES Emulator and Nes/Famicom Metroid.

That's why NES emulators doesn't exist.
