Speedrunner
Well i started this yesterday. First i wanted say im not going try beat my super optimize unrecorded run (41:35)

Somereason playing with GBA player slow me real speed a lot. Also i am little rusty compared my master skills 3-4 years ago. But i want look how well i can going this a today. This look i am keeping 45 minutes speed up. So very realistic end time will be sub 46 minutes.

Let see in future if i started real project with perfect skills i might try go sub 42 minutes again, but its out my plan right now. But even this is my test run its surely worth watching. I am did 9 segments up now. I still try keep my luck and speed 45 minutes range. Thats not are easy task.

Segment 7 is up here (only 3 seconds slower segment than all around best Kraid segment my 41:35 run) Thanks really good Kraid fight:


I am keeping quite good speed up
ABOUT TIME STATUS aftter 7th segment
I am 1 minutes & 16 seconds behind my 41:35 run
I am 9 seconds behind my 43:40 run
I am 1 minutes & 9 seconds ahead my 46:45 run

So if i keep speed up. Thats might be possible go game through 43-45 minutes with this time. Thats not are bad after years break.

Tourian metroids are done.

I totally spend over 4 hours with these. First part take me 3 & half hour second part went more quickly. Also my 2nd part is my fastest segment ever. I was nearly 5 seconds faster here than my 2nd metroid segment my 41:35 run. Thanks very good Kraid part & Metroid segments i am 5 seconds ahead my 2nd best 9% run "43:40" So if i keep speed up i might going my frist recorded test run sub 44 minutes. But its just very hard.

Segment 12 mother Brain and saved middle of the chozodia. Overall this went around 10 or more seconds slower than my all around best segment "41:35" run. Saved game 31:45. Thats mean i am  1:18 minutes behind 41:35 run.



Its ok segment surely can be much faster with more luck. But thats enought my rusty skills and i can still going sub 44 minutes.

Saved game Pre Robot Ridley 38:47

With extremely optimize last segment i can go for sub 43:20. But plans like this are out my plan my test run. I just wanted go sub 44 so i am allowed did some mistakes. Segment 14 is worth watching. Thats really good segment. Only 4 shy seconds slower than my all around best segment.

Yeah man you've done really well here, it's amazing how much faster normal is than hard... of course, I also have always gone for varia so that tourian would be more reasonable. I wonder though, obviously it not being necessary, probably I could more efficiently beat the game without it. Frig.
But I'm likin this run, real clean.
