i think i amy have found a way to get up with space jump you have to go on the out side of the 2nd lowist blue ring and get really lucky and you can bsj but it seems to give the instant unmorph at random so i'm never guessing its going to happen when it does plus i dont bsj to much so im not used to it (in other words i've never done it)

can metorid prime can be emulated on dolphin
if so can you not use dolphin to find some other way to get to Impact crater or to somehow make the blueish teleport thing (some way to skip all or some of the artifacts) like there could be a glitch to only get like say 7 artifacts and still get to IC

Yes Metroid Prime can be emulated on Dolphin, it has been for quite a while actually.
But if there were a glitch for us to get, like you said, 7 of the artifacts and then get to IC we'd more than likely have found it by now. Of course why am I saying this when it took us 6 years to find the IS to avoid losing your items in MP2? Still I find it very unlikely.

well other then xray its the only chance i see (well the way i see it xray is more unlikely then skiping some or all artifacts) i mean OP CAN NOT be killed with out it unless some crazy new glitch is found to ether skip fighting him and still get phazon suit or make him get hurt by his own attacks or somthing (still less likely then artifacts)

i remeber reading somthing about the only way to skip artifacts is to look ast the games codeing (or somthing like that) so why cant we do that with dolphin and find somthing to set of the ridley cutseen (i think its called a distence triger or somthing like that)
i know its probably way outside the box here, but i could swear i remember just kickin it with metroid prime's first form for long enough and had him change his shield to another color without me having to shoot him into doing it. (thinking about a no [ice or wave] beam run) but then again it is like 3 in the morning so i could just be trippin... just possible thoughts, i seen nobody posted anythin about this in particular yet so i thought id ask

That happens in the fourth level and possibly the third, but definitely not in the second two. This would indicate that the plasma beam is not necessary, but good luck navigating Impact Crater and the mines level 3 without it.
So, this is more of a speed trick than an item skip, but I've been looking into getting a missile expansion other than Hive Mecha's. Here's my thoughts...
1) A secret world in Tallon Overworld would let us get the one behind the ship. However, Tallon Canyon's probably our only bet for that, and it seems unlikely without SJ.
2) An expansion in Main Plaza. The one up on the halfpipe seems the most gettable, but I can't seem to reach it. An R-dashfrom the corner near it barely misses the height needed. Perhaps we could lure a beetle over there and use something similar to the Thardus Space Jump?
3) The expansion in Ruined Nursery (?) can just about be gotten to, but we can't actually get inside the morph ball maze. If we could get in that room's SW I think we could get it,though.
That's about all I've got. Not having, well, anything is so limiting.

ok well thats a crazy jump and it can be done with just SJ what im saying is that you cant get the distance of a R or L jump and not close to a dash and like i said you need to R jump to get the missle in main plaza
