Is it possible to skip the varia suit in low % runs???

No -- without the varia suit Mother Brain's eye beam does 600 damage instead of 300, so you'd have to pick up 3 extra energy tanks instead of the varia. It's the only place in the game where the varia does something the gravity suit doesn't (gravity doesn't give you any protection from the eye beam).

Yeah i think it is possible, if you get gravity suit before varia suit.

It is hard but not impossible operation.

1 Going norfair take ice beam
2 going Brinstar and get early power bomb
3 going wrecked ship and beat Phantom
4 Picked up gravity suit next

I think you have gravity suit now, but i not tried that.

It´s the same i thought! If you have gravity suit the heated rooms don´t damage and the gravity suit does lower damage of mother brain´s hyper attack!

This is news for me.

I try this trick someday, when i next time play Super Metroid.

Metroid prime 2: if you get light suit before dark suit you have still light suit. Heh that was fun thing.
But ok i belive you it,s not working super metroids.

haha theres even lower% possible than 13%

if you fool arround with spacetime beam and warp yourself to the ending scene...

Ps: yeah warping to the end scene works differen on console but fine..^^

15% without the zebitite glitch with an extra missle/super missle
14% with the zebitite glitch with Ice-beam/Speed Booster

So I try now to skip speed booster but...In this room in crateria where a missile tank is you need to diogonally bomb jump to skip grapple and speed booster but I can´t do it! Is there any other way???

HBJ isn't that hard, it's all about the timing of the 3rd bomb

Super missiles are normally worth 3 missiles. Against a few enemies (Ridley most notably) super missiles are twice as effective, so it's 6 missiles = 1 super. You're right that you won't kill the first form, though: Here're the numbers

Mother Brain's first form requires 6 missiles to create an opening, 3000 damage, and a total of 18 missiles to shatter the glass (both missiles and super missiles count as 1 hit for the glass). If you shatter the glass completely, you can leave and re-enter the room and it will still be broken, though MB will be healed to 3000 health.
With 14 percent, you can't leave and re-enter the room, so it's not an option (in addition to not having enough missiles to make it useful).
That means 6 missiles, leaving you with 9 and 5, which adds up to 900 + 1500 = 2400 damage. Not enough.
