Post preview:The rule of sequence breaking is you have to complete the current objective. If you don't complete it, it will just continue to tell you too. If you skip to the following one, it will say 'Target Eradicated'

Post preview:Missiles do 100 damage as normal, as does everything but Super Missiles, which do twice the normal damage (or 4x its halved damage)

Post preview:Oh yeah, the power beam does have a charged shot, you just can't use it without either cheat codes or hacking because the charge beam item changes your beam completely. The developers must have decided to upgrade the whole weapon when getting change beam later in development. The cat is the symbol for the debug company I think, I dunno, I don't have my hacking tools on this computer

Post preview:To be honest, nothing new was found is this topic. The first pic was thought to be a debug message, however it is just a normal message from the game (after recovering Ice Beam, read your objective from the map screen); the second screen shows some nest thing, however that's the first part of the following spriteset (I think, Yakuza's there too); a comment pointed out that 'Power' was on the tileset, and thought it referred to Power Suit or Power Beam, however, it's actually the 'Power' under the Bombs section for Power Bombs.

Post preview:Would you happen to remember the range of the distance from the ceiling Samus needs to be when doing the jump, and when it requires x-ray? I seem to recall it being posted on this board, but I'm unable to find it

Post preview:Yeah, you have to repoint that palette pointer to free space, only then will you be able to change the one palette without affecting the other

Post preview:It does absolutely nothing, in either state. That is, it sets a routine up that executes before PLM processing, but the routine it sets up does absolutely nothing (sets 8-bit accumulator then immediately resets it to 16-bit)

I made other patch a while ago for someone else, I just assumed it was Zero suit by mistake, just needed to change a byte to make it a zero suit patch

Post preview:Here's the Zero Suit patch you want. Adding new weapons takes work, after all, you can't simply tell some hacking software what you want done in the weapon, you gotta design the weapon and then code it into the game; and because it'd have to be hacked, you'll need to find where in the ROM to place this coding
